I've Messed Up My Biological Clock

Right now its already past four in the morning and I'm still staying up to finish a quick sketch for a short blog post to be up in the afternoon. Tell me, is my biological clock messed up or what?

When people sleep, I stayed up late till 4am and when I do sleep, I sleep till the sun is above my head. But the thing is, although I'm up past midnight, my mind isn't as alert as it is during the day. It's like I'm awake but my mind just wants to switch off and do nothing. During the day it is just the total opposite. My mind is ready for work but my body is just too lazy to move around.

Yikes!

well you've just got to tahan 1day don't sleep, sleep on the nest day, everything will be bk to normal. haha. good luck.

haha,... we have the same problem. I slept at 4-5 in the morning then have problem dig myself wake up in the morning... LOL

lol. I got the same problem. But I sleep in the afternoon until night then stay awake until the next morning and continue my class. =.=

For me, biasa already..I always mess up my time. Thankfully, fix back again few days ago..The best way to fix it back is like wat Jia Shin said, tahan dun sleep until night time, then that will fix ur time back XD

P/S: Easier said than done =x

brain will surely switch off when the moon comes out, and it will switch on when the sun is out. LOLs, all you can do is.. TRY not to sleep at around after 2 -3pm, then stay till night 11pm go to bed. and force yourself to wake before 11am. (:

i dont sleep till that late. latest wud be 12pm. but i do stay up till quite late or you might say early in the morning. ;)

It's quite usual dude, it's study life, people tend to sleep late and have abnormal life especially when there is assignments and exams going on.

Try not to drink coffee in the afternoon and also don't take any afternoon nap. Make some effort to sleep an hour early each day until you hit around 10 or 11pm.
