The Long Wait

The Arrival: 0730 hours

Went to the Immigration Department to get my Passport renewed and was taken aback with the long queue even though it just opened. It's places like this that has the craziest queues!

immigration

And to top all of that craziness, I had to wait for 60 people + some others more to go through until it was my turn. Only three to four counters were operating. Damn, they should hire more personnel. I had to wait an agonizing 3 hours plus (from queing time) to actually get my papers processed and paid for.

number

The only plus is that, your passport will be ready in less than one hour! It says to wait for one hour, so I went for lunch and came back in 45 minutes to see that my number was already called out. Went straight to the counter to collect. Awesome much.

The Departure: 1215 hours

Will be traveling to Singa-land end of the month. Will you be there?

p/s: I hate children/kids/babies in places like these (government departments/banks/etc). So noisy can! When they walk around I have to avoid bumping into them, afraid that they might fall 'cuz they so short and small. =.= Whaddafreak!

Feeling Shitty

Stayed awake throughout the night (morning) and now it is six in the morning. I'm up because this is what I do to my body daily, messing up my biological clock just because I can.

Currently feeling shitty like crap stressing out on unfinished projects. I was feeling okay earlier, just that I kept on thinking about it, makes the feeling build up inside of me. Now I feel like a ticking time bomb which is going to explode any minute. My head literally feels like bursting into a million pieces.

These past four months hasn't really been much productive to me. You know when they say that one wrong move may spoil your whole day or something like that? Well, it kinda happened to me in a way that I wasn't too pleasant with something earlier which kinda made the rest of the months miserable for me.

This is the time when I would just want it to end so that I could get a fresh start. Doesn't everybody think of this every now and then? I myself have thought of this a lot of times but still it comes back every time to haunt me. Yes, because I procrastinate a lot. Can't blame me though.

Feeling lost these past few months not knowing what to do. Don't you hate it when you feel miserable and that you have to accomplish something at the same time? Ironically speaking, I do know what I want in the future and that's kinda stopping me from my current goals. It's so frustrating trying to make time run faster. Not that it's a good thing though.

Today's the day when I actually had to look away from my Facebook feeds because reading other people's statuses about work just isn't helping.

Okay, I'm done ranting. Feeling slightly better now.

One Of The Many Life Mysteries

...at least, to me is it.

ipad

Even more so mind-boggling is when they already own a smart phone.
Aren't these touch pads just a larger version of your smart phones?

No means of anything negative here.
I'm just killing my braincells thinking on something totally unnecessary.
You might just see me buying one in the future.

Hebe Tian My Love Promo Tour in Malaysia

hebe

I got to know some weeks ago that Hebe Tian was coming to Malaysia to promote her solo album entitled 'My Love'. Apart from banners hanging around town, most of its promos were done online through social media, well at least that was how I had gotten to know that she was coming.

So just awhile ago, I attended her meet-and-greet at TAR College KL. That was my first time ever queuing up for more than two hours just to see a celebrity (from a very far distance because I haz no VIP tickets!). I was at the venue around 6pm while entry was only allowed at 8pm. Once inside, fans still had to wait for another hour until Hebe's appearance. So that total's up to about 3 hours of waiting time. That was an agonizing period for me standing with an empty stomach.

Nonetheless, once the sweetheart Hebe Tian walked in, all the wait felt worthwhile; at least for a few moments. She sang two songs, one of which was 'My Love'. Hebe was and still is my favourite one among the three from the group S.H.E. which was why I had to grab this opportunity to go to this event. Nothing beats watching your all-time pop idol in reality.

I couldn't take good quality photos as I had no zoom lens with me. I was only armed with Mr. Mark and a 50mm prime. Photos below were all cropped for a better view. Shall wait for her to come back to Malaysia for a concert some time soon.

Till next time. :]

This was how far away I was standing. A good 15 to 20 meters away!

7aste Moscow at Laundry Bar, The Curve

7aste
So I was at 7aste Moscow last Friday night which was held at Laundry Bar, The Curve. I did not know that 7aste was even ON that weekend until a day before!

It was my first time attending a 7aste event, though they already had several other themed parties in the past. So this time around, it is a must-go. I grabbed three entry passes from @dustyhawk. Many thanks to him.

So I called my bro Jonathan to tag along, Cynthia was coming as well. Haven't seen them for a long time, prolly about three months.

Anyway, entry starts at 7.30pm and despite the massive traffic jam, we managed to reach in time and we were damn friggin' early! Nobody has entered the venue yet! Decided to have dinner first at Paddington's.

After getting stuffed full with pancakes, we headed our way to Laundry Bar, after making a pit stop of course (always important and necessary). They were serving Smirnoff Vodka that night as well as free flows of Tiger beer. Now nothing sounds better that that.

And that was how my Friday night went. Until the next 7aste!

Photos from JoMS's iPhone4. So blue like Avatar.
