I'm sure most of you who stays in Klang Valley will know of this place called Steven's Corner. For those of you who doesn't know, it's actually a mamak stall which started of as 'Sri Komalah Restaurant', which then changed it's name to Steven's Corner. Now, it is evolving and further upgrading itself to Steven's Tea Garden.
Right now, Steven's Tea Garden is offering investment schemes to its customers. Here is how it sounds like. I will try to make it as simple as possible.
How do I know all these stuff? That's because I stumbled upon it on the internet and I just went out with some people yesterday night to Steven's Tea Garden in Sunway to listen to its plan.
There are four plans or package for you to invest in (Classic, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Upon registering, they will also be entitled to get RM300 food points at the beginning.
Following me? Here's more.

Platinum Package: RM33,000 - RM3,000 food points - RM500 food points/month for 5 years - RM1,500/month for 50 months
I guess that's the correct info I have given out but wait, there's more.
There is also a direct referral plan, where you start of small (RM3000) and you make your way right up till the top (RM33,000)! *Think multi-level-marketing*
I can't really explain how this thing works here because I myself ain't too sure what's happening and it's too complicated to explain in words. HAHA! To me, it looks even more complicating than the normal mlm/direct sales scheme! YIKES!
Do you like to go shopping? I'm sure most of you have conquered most of the shopping malls in Malaysia during the recent MEGA SALES! Is your wallet dry yet? Are you one of them who goes back an fourth from the ATM to the shopping tenants? I'm sure it's fun going shopping. I enjoy shopping myself too but I didn't really shop for anything during this sales season. Everything still seems expensive to me. =( I'm just a student with no cash...
Well, besides going shopping in malls, how many of you have shopped online before? I have. Things you buy online are certainly cheaper, I can tell you that. Designs are unique, that's way you can hardly see somebody else wearing the same clothes as you are.
A Shopaholic's Den
Most people don't trust online sites because they are worried about getting bad quality products. I guess, you will just have to take the risk. Paying so much lesser, I think it's worth it.
The Juicy Closet
But have you ever noticed that most of the online boutiques are only offering females' clothes?! Where are the male boutiques? Ever site I go, I see dresses, skirts, blouses, more dresses, girls' accessories and more dresses! Yikes!
Don't guys shop online too?
Check out these top fashion boutiques (I've linked them in this post) and see for yourself. I can say that 97-99% of the online boutiques are for females.
My Basic Fashion Folder
If you know of any boutiques for guys, do leave me a comment. Thanks!
Most of you might have heard to white weddings before but have you ever heard about black weddings before? I'm sure this is new to you all. It is quite similar to white weddings except that everything which are white are now black in colour. From the wedding dress, wedding cake, wedding decorations and candles. Even the roses are black in colour!
The idea of having a black wedding might not favour most couples right now. However, for someone who is looking for something different, getting a black wedding might just be it!
Now, who might be interested in getting a black wedding? Our people here in Malaysia might not be that interested in this because having a black wedding might be too extreme for us. We are afraid to try something new or something different from the rest. Some religion has also their dos and don'ts for weddings. For example, it is considered bad luck to have any black or dark colours during celebrations.
The idea of having black weddings usually come from the western people. They are more open minded in this, thus, having black weddings are acceptable. They are more adventurous and willing to try something out of the ordinary. Having a black wedding will make it seem special to them.
It is understood that young adults are more daring to have black weddings compared to older couples.
Are you bold enough to try?
