You get the point right?

'Cuz if you don't, I guess you're still living in your mummy's and daddy's shell.

PropWall: Real Estate For Sale

If you are interested in property investment or you are thinking of finding a place for yourself. PropWall is the place for you to start.

For starters, PropWall has one of the highest database for properties resources in Malaysia!

Some of you might think that looking for a place online is not very efficient nor effective. You might be having problems with the website's layout where everything they place inside so happens to look like a tornado ran through it. But no, PropWall is so cleverly arranged that it serves no problem at all to the users.

Usually when I stumble upon a website which is poorly designed, I will most probably hit the [X] button on the top. Surfing into PropWall made me want to look on further. In short, the layout is easy on your eyes.

PropWall has categorized its site into a few parts with easily accessible links at the top which are Home, Properties, Classifieds,  Photos and Answers.

The main page is very well arranged into 3 columns. The main page is some sort of a summary of the whole PropWall website. It lists the Top Properties, Top Locations, Premium Classifieds Ads, Latest Photo Updates and Your Latest Questions Answered. This makes it easier for interested parties to start surveying.

The Properties tab will bring you to a new page, showing all the top locations in Malaysia from KLCC to Kenny Hills. For example, you can even find a place in Petaling Jaya here (PJ properties). Furthermore, it is also categorised into Condominium, House, Office, Shop and Factory. That makes it easier for all of us right? We wouldn't want to buy a place to live in and later find out its a factory!

The Classifieds tab will list all properties up for sale or rent. You can get most of the information about the place here from the price/sq feet and loads of pictures and if your're interested make a contact with the owner.

The Photos tab well shows you photos of course! Last but not least The Answers tab will answer all your queries you might have.

There you have it. PropWall, the best place to start looking for your dream place!

What Does It Take To Become A Top Blogger?

I've posted this question up in a blogger's community website some time ago and these are the replies which I got.
hi dylan..u become top blogger when people read your blog more than the others.
my definition of top blogger is..huge traffic, like hongkiat :P

Fame: When everyone recognize you.
+ Influential: When everyone believe what you write/said.

Just like what rei says, I think a top blogger must have a huge traffic blog, with tonnes of repeat visitors and loyal readers. I wonder who are the top bloggers in Malaysia? Ah... first one comes to mind is hongkiat. Damn, that dude is great!

become top blogger? must gather interesting story to put inside blog. my opinion ;)

Yeah! Top blogger is someone who is a people magnet! :) He attracts so many visitors no matter how lame he or she is! :)
So what does it really take for a person to become a top blogger? Fame? High traffic? I've been thinking, how do some top bloggers get to be who they are now. How did they start? What did they do to achieve this status?

Head Gonna Explode Syndrome

Have you ever had so many things going through your head all at the same time? Have you ever thought about so many things that you feel that your head is gonna explode anytime soon?

I’ve been getting this excruciating ‘head gonna explode’ feeling a couple of times now and let me tell you this. It doesn’t feel nice, at all! It is actually the one thing that is keeping me from falling to sleep at night. Sometimes I just hope that it will stop and just disappear but then again this is life. Nothing will disappear into thin air just like that. Having problems is just a pain in the ass and head.

I’m staying up at 2am writing this post because I need to get it out of me asap or else. So the things which are going on in my head are plentiful, so much even Einstein can’t handle it.

Let me take you into one part of it. So, I had this vision or you can say more of a vision, to go back to my secondary school to talk to the students who are going to graduate. Sometimes, the school would invite some old boys back to talk about their experience during secondary school life and what to expect for the future. Well, let’s just say I wanted to be one of these old boys. The school would invite top scorers and best students to talk, most of the time and the same topic is usually heard most of the time. You study hard, the outside life is tough and blah blah blah. But seriously, are these advices really that good? You study hard and get a good job. That’s what most people would say. I bet your parents say that too but how true is this right now in the present? I’ve been trying to finish a book ‘Rich Dad Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki who said that ‘study hard and get a good job’ doesn’t apply this time around anymore.

So, if I was to have a talk to the students there, what I would say is that life is tough, that’s for sure. People don’t realize how tough life is until they really cut themselves deep down. I don’t think you will experience a tough life if you are still being mummy’s little boy or daddy’s little girl. No offense to you people out there but to me, people who are still living up with the support of their parents should consider themselves lucky and fortunate. You won’t know how tough earning money and living out of your own hard earned cash until you really do it yourself. You worked so hard yet you’re still eating food out of a can.

Well, if you’re going for college or furthering your studies to some university, you are rich. Someone once told me that, no matter where you’re furthering your studies, may it be some cheap college, you are still considered rich because even though you have PTPTN or some other kind of loan or scholarship, you still need living expenses and the living expenses must come from somewhere (your parents perhaps?) Talking about PTPTN, it doesn’t support you throughout your whole tertiary studies, that I’ll blog sometime later

Back to my point, earning money is hard work. Earning for your earning expenses is even harder! Just like how the saying goes, ‘No Money, No Talk’ but this time it’s ‘No Money, No Eat, No House, No College’. Tough huh?

Try working for your own money and try surviving with it. Tell me how long you can last. How far can it take you.

People these days are so spoilt. They are simply living parasites. FML.

Moving on, again something to do with money. I’ve blogged sometime ago in my previous blog that everything right now revolves around money. You need money to do this, do that, you even need money to shit.

So I thought what if money never existed? What if coins and notes were never invented in the first place? This reminded me of a movie I once watched on television. It was about these people who did not use money for their daily transactions but instead used their lives to pay for stuff. They have this device on their body with buttons on them and they just swipe a card through to make payments and stuff. I’m still trying to look for the movie again. Anybody can tell me the title of this show?

Well, if we were to use the same concept. I’m sure all our financial problems will be solved right? People or the world won’t simply spend on stuff they don’t need anymore, people will be extremely thrifty and people will surely think wisely before spending.

How I wish money was never invented.

Are you having any ‘head gonna explode’ feeling lately

I end this post with a quote from benjicajess (twitter) "i think boys who grew up in a happy&close knitted family r warmer, lovable than those who grew up in a broken fammy or hating their parents."

wifi Action

Don't you just hate it when you go some place which offers you free wifi and find out that you can't even connect to it or that the connection is just so slow it's equivalent to being not connected! Well, you get what I mean.

Ended up being disconnected from the internet for the whole day! GOSH!

So anyway, I was already back in my hometown the next day. So I went and try connecting my laptop to the wireless router at home. The same thing happened! Nothing got connected and I'm still not able to get online.

After much frustration, I tried to look at the settings. I was wondering was it my fault last time that I tried to connect two laptop through wireless connection where I screwed up the settings.

Turns out that it was all in the settings. I finally managed to correct what was wrong and I'm back online again! Posting this entry as it goes.

Have fun reading and be back for more next time!

What is Art ?

CAUTION: From this point onwards, you may only continue if you have the will to withstand boring updates.

I bet you that you're yawning yourself away now, or that you've already hit the [X] button and closed this page so you won't be reading this now anyway.

p/s: This post was made to help make my revision less dull. So yeah, I guess that's it.

p/p/s: I do not own any of the art in this post, so don't sue me. I do own the egg though.

The Dark Lift

Back home, I searched high and low for any available food that I have. I have jam but no bread. I don't even have Milo! Turns out I only have oatmeal. Yeah, so I had oatmeal for an early early early breakfast.

XML Nightmare

Yeah, so I decided to change my blog's layout after realising that the colours I used are way too dull. So anyways, I downloaded this template from the internet and decided to do some editing myself. Since I can't edit it in Layout (Blogger).

Whoa! and I thought they still use HTML. Whadda' you know, it's all in XML now. I had to understand the language from scratch. Not easy. It took me 3-4 days to finally finish my whole blog's layout!

Well, the good news is, I managed to learn some XML scripting. Haha!
